Cancellation Of Order, Return And Refund Policy

We strive to offer a seamless buying experience and quality products to our customers on our website. All order payment on our website is processed by secure merchant payment processor and shipment is processed after receiveing successful payment. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. Therefore we have following strict order cancellation , order return and refund policy. Cancellation Policy :

We have a very clear cancellation policy set for our customers as below:

  • 1. Customers can cancel their order by logging into their account and request for cancellation.
  • 2. Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from our warehouse. Post-dispatch, no cancellation is allowed.
  • 3. If Cancellation is done by Customer, Customer will be Charged 3% Of the Order Amount. This Amount is deducted for the charges incurred into system by third party services for payment processing.
    If Cancellation is done by Seller, Seller will be charged 3% of the Order Amount. This Amount is deducted for the charges incurred into system by third party services for payment processing. In such Case, Customer will get full order amount refund.
    Hence, Cancellation fee for Customer is 3% of Order Amount (If Cancellation is done by Customer). Return Policy :

We have very clear return policy as below :
Customers can raise a return request by logging into their account. A unique authorization code will be generated for each return request. Customer will be required to mention this number on postal address of the courier. After placing return request, customers will be required to pack the entire product including packing material, invoice, all accessories and send item back to seller on his/ her own expenses.
“Return Item” - This request button will be available only for those item which are returnable.
Each product comes with its own – “Allowed days for return” once order is delivered to Customer.
Examples :
Some Product may come with – “No Return Allowed” (For Which return is not allowed).
Some Product may come with - “5 Days Return Allowed” ( Such product should be returned by courier within 5 days of order delivery to Customer.).
Some Product may come with - “10 Days Return Allowed” ( Such product should be returned by courier within 10 days of order delivery to Customer.).
Please make sure that all returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
After Receival of the product at Seller Premises, QC team will verify if the product has not been used and is in good condition for further sale. Plus, all the items have been sent back. In case product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, Seller can deny refund to the customer.
If Refund is denied, Seller will send back the same return item back to Customer on his / her own expense.
If QC Team approves the refund, The Customer will get Refund of the order amount by deduction of following charges.
1. Charges incurred into system by third party services for payment processing - 3% (Order Amount)
2. Shipping charges (if taken separately during transaction) - At actual shipping charges
3. If it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning the same; We reserve the right to charge a substantial return fee from the customer in addition to above charges.
Once the refund is processed , the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Special Note -
Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product detail page or items whose return window has expired cannot be returned. . If such an item is indeed returned along with another returnable item, will disallow a refund or return of the “Non-Returnable” product to you when seller verifies the returned item(s). If the product delivered is faulty or wrong product is delivered, we will initiate a refund. But as in return policy , we must get the product back by courier.
It is the customer's responsibility to not to accept the damaged shipment or if the package is already opened.

Refund Cycle :

Complete refund process normally takes about 10-15 working days (From the day of order cancellation or from the day of order returned to our warehouse). This includes time for product delivery to our warehouse, quality inspection, confirmation & refund initiation.
